"Most expensive laundromat ever!!! Cheapest washer they have is $8! That is ridiculous. Dryer is even worse! $3 for only 15 min, and every quarter you put in only gives you an extra 2 min of drying time. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! What a ripoff!"

"Would never return to this Laundromat!! Most machines were out of order. The women was extremely rude when responding to questions. I was charged $10 3-times for washing machines that clearly read $7.50 and $8.50. I used two dryers selected the exact same criteria and one gave me 25mins. and the other gave me 15mins. When I asked the women why I was charged $10 3-times she said my bank will correct it in 48-72 hours. What kind of business is this anyway? Do yourself a favor steer clear of this laundromat!!! I plan on complaining to the Better Business Bureau BBB"

"I just did a pick up and drop off wash fold and it might be the best decision I've ever made. Living in ptown laundry is a very difficult situation, this service was completely painless and has taken such a load off my shoulders. I was going to spend a day driving to orleans just for laundry, they saved me that trip and many more in the future. Pickup on Thursday and dropped off Friday and everything was perfectly clean and folded."

"The machines are always tied up or out of order. You can pay by card, but it’ll blink red and tell you to slide again making you think it was rejected and then charge you multiple times. Asking an employee might help or they might tell you to screw off. Today I was told to screw off. They get angry if laundry is left in a machine for hours and you need to move it to get yours done, and give you so much sass and attitude. There’s several employees I do like, but the older lady with the long grey curly hair is mean and rude as all heck. I’m so sick of getting ripped off by the only laundromat in town, and paying a premium to be treated like trash."
