"This is by far the worst dry cleaning in town. An initial 13$ dry cleaning turned into 53$ one the day of pick up. When i got home to check my coat i see that it was ruined. This was a 300$ coat, i then when back to show them and was told theres nothing they could do until the manager came in 3 days Later. when i called to speak to a manager/owner the person hung up on me 3 times to avoid telling me how to get in contact with the manager. If you don't want to be disrespected, and have your items ruined, please go to another place."

"I have been dropping my hubbys dry cleaning off for 3 years now ! When the owner sees me pull up , she hurries out to my car so I don’t have to get my 3 kids out . And always has lollipops for them ! Great customer service and she does amazing with my hubs work clothes"

"Almost ruined my fiancés wedding dress 3 days before our wedding. They are telling us they we tour the dress and put holes in it. Never use this place if actually like your clothes. Absolutely disgusting behavior."

"They charged my wife $45.50 for shoe repair. Took over a month to have shoes returned. At first wearing the repair fell apart- they would only refund $20.50 because they spent time “polishing them.” What good is the polish if you can’t wear the shoes? We will never patronize them for any service in the future."

"This is a terrible place. I have a ruined $250 cashmere sweater that the colors ran and is now purple and orange instead of purple. After bringing it back same day I picked it up- found owner not there for 3 weeks. Numerous phone calls to a full voice mail. Had to call nail salon next door to speak to anyone. She refuses to initiate a claim. I am away until April 1 and will be in there on return. I have notified BBB in Worcester. Do Not bring your clothing there! I will never bring another item to that place."
