"Unfortunately Margret has been my step daughters appointed law guardian for the last 13 years within that 13 years, Margret has came to see my stepdaughter a grand total of five times. Margret is not out for the best interest of your child. She will side with whatever parent she likes best instead of choosing the parent that is best for the child. Margret has been a law guardian for many many children throughout Columbia county, but does not have a child herself, with that being said, she will never understand the pain and anguish parents go through having their children taken from them. Margret has several attorneys that she has personal relationships with which causes which causes those attorneys to not represent you in their full capacity due to these personal relationships! Juliette krill is one of them, Juliet had stated that she “ did not want to push Margret too far because they go out to lunch together” Meanwhile, Juliet was being paid by my mother in cash every time she appeared in court. My mother spent well over $100,000 on this and and once my mother’s money was starting to run out, the representation she was receiving started to run out as well. If you have found yourself inside of Family Court in Columbia county and you are given a court appointed attorney or an attorney from the public defenders office Please note that you will not be represented honestly nor will the best interest of your child be the main focus, especially if Margret is appointed your child’s law guardian due to her personal relationships with these attorneys! And lastly, do not expect this attorney/ wall guardian to frequently visit your child to make sure they are safe, healthy and happy. There are amazing attorneys out of Albany, such as Danielle Neroni Esq that will represent you fairly and honestly I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone that I meet! If you’re thinking about hiring Miss Donnelly to represent you, I would highly suggest that you seek elsewhere. And if she is your child’s law, guardian and I would highly suggest you ask the judge to have another law guardian to represent your child due to conflict of interest due to her having these personal relationships with most of the attorneys in Columbia county!"
