"The service lady at the front desk was excellent. I dropped off couch cushion covers with minor stains and some fading. When I attempted to retrieve them, I was told that they had gone missing. Upon returning and securing my covers, I found that they had been badly damaged, to the point of being unusable. My couch is now ruined. However, my ruined couch became the least of my problems after dealing with the Owner. He responded to the damaged result by saying that they were initially in poor condition. In point of fact, the covers came back to me in far worse shape, rendering my entire couch unusable. I am profoundly disappointed with the work and the attitude of the Owner."
