"I love this laundromat! Is super CLEAN and well priced; they have an arcade machine that plays 1,200+ classic arcade games. Oh, and did I mention the have a bookcase with a wild selection of books for all ages. This is like no other laundromat iv been to. The other local laundromats are not remotely as clean, well maintained, or just cared for. I'll be using them until I move or die. P.s. They also got the arcade from a local guy who makes them. They are building a great community here."

"This is the nicest laundromat I have ever been in. I can't judge the #1 reason as there are too many! First it's open until 11:30pm!! You read right! Now that only means you have to arrive by 11:30pm, it's OK to start your laundry at that time! Right? Unbelievable!! Yes you can do your laundry after the doors lock, just don't leave as you will be locked out. Think safety as well, your alone in a very well lighted laundromat at 1a.m. but no worries as you are locked in. Noone can get in. I will say that may be my favorite fact. Doing laundry late at night, privately & safe. I have many photos. The washers/dryers are all brand new. They take debit cards, credit cards or quarters. There is a change machine & vending machine for laundry products. The laundry products are the lowest prices compared to Cheshire County laundromats. The washing machines are 2x, 3x, 5x, 6x & 7x. Dryers are 3x & 5x. These are very large machines. The 3x dryer cost 0.25 cents to start running. 0.25 = 6 minutes. I dry generally with 24 minutes. The 5x dryer needs 0.50 cents to start. The 0.50 cents = 4 min.( I believe)I have not used this size as it is giant! During normal business hrs there is an attendant(b-4 5pm). They offer drop off service. It is a very clean, modern well maintained laundromat. I did discover on my 4th visit that in the evening the 2 bathrooms are locked. On my visit yesterday 10/11/22 arount 12:30. There was no attendant, at least the metal roll down window lock was down. The restrooms were locked.I spoke with Mr Thackston at the business in November. Yes he is a younger individual but he is an outstanding person. Mr Thackston is patient, kind, polite,, HONEST & more than happy to take time out of his very busy day to answer all my questions. The bathroom mystery solved as they are still under construction. He also let me know that he has purchased a soda vending machine. Along with an arcade machine that has more games in one machine than any other arcade game ever. It was designed & built by an individual. I called out asking if anyone was behing the magic door that could give us a restroom key. Another woman from out of town was also there.. She stated the other day her husband needed the restroom and exact same situation at 3pm. While it wasn't convenient it is completely understandable. I would assume that when the attendant leaves they are locked. I can honestly state that finding out I wasn't able to use my brand new set of smart HD machines was disappointing. I called the Troy laundromat to get the scoop b4 my 1st visit. The gentleman that I spoke with was amazing. He was very knowledgeable & answered questions I hadn't thought of! I was well prepared for my first visit. I have been there enough times that I can now state I have no issues using a laundromat. Well The Troy Laundromat. The prices are set so if I have to wash an item urgently it's not an issue. Running over for a small load also not an issue. I am very happy that the owner took the initiative to own such an upstanding laundromat. Until you are bound to using one you don't realize the issues one can run into with a sketchy business. I've also met great people here, being new in town that is just another bonus of small town living. I am reaching out to Mr @Richard Thackston in hopes of getting the exact requirements to obtain access to those restrooms. Most businesses owners respond personally to my reviews but I can testify to Mr Thackston being an extremely busy businessman but also a very kind, fair and committed to his local community well being. I've since been to Troy laundromat many times. It is Richard Thackston Jr that owns this business. Jr has the business skills of his father, excellent. He is committed to his community and the cost of using a laundromat. I had researched the laundromat locations in Keene when understandably prices were increasing. I ran into Mr Thackston at the laundromat & in conversation I was informing him that he was still the least expensive. His reply was he did exactly as I did, The research! That's quality care"
