"Critical: extremely rudeness and non-porfesionalism I have horrible very bad experience with "so called cleaning service", I did bring my favorite winter blanket (white ) just hoping to make it clean. Manger looked at this and told me the price of cleaning would be $36. I just loved my blanket and accepted this price. Also he said there is no attached tog for the blanket but it's ok and took it for cleaning. In a few days I came to receive my blanket, but this guy said my blanket is fully ruined and there is no way to fix it. Turns out they put the blanket in wash machine in spite it's obviously supposed to dry cleaning. But the most I was amazed at his impudence, instead asking for apologies and plead guilty he began to blame me that the tag was cut off and therefore he ruined my blanket. Also asked me if I am willing put this blanket in a garbage. myself or he can do it... But you guys expert professional, why you did it , why you have not check and figure out before how to clean it? So, any way I am extremely frustrated and especially I am struck by the arrogance and rudeness of the manager . I am going to send this case in BBB service and request bad reputation for such servive."
