"2/21/18 - You state in your response to my post below Randy that there are two sides to every story and you are correct about that. You did fail to mention that prior to 2014 when I moved from Duxbury to Plymouth I had been your regular customer for all my dry cleaning and shoe repair for over a decade. When the need recently arose to have my shoes repaired, I drove 18 miles to you instead of going to my local cobbler because I expected to receive the same quality and caring service I had received in the past. Unfortunately, that was not the case. You and I both know the truth and that is all that matters. Best of luck to you and the next customer that has to try to resolve any type of issue with you. Never had an issue after many years of being a loyal customer. Now being accused of lying about the color of a pair of gray boots I dropped of for new heels. When they came back a different color, a shiny polished black I brought them back. Now he is saying he didn't see them when they came in and I could have brought them in like that for all he knows and his guy wouldn't polish them like that. My integrity is very important to me and for him to question my honesty and treat me the way he did is despicable. Don't ever go here."

"I brought a dress in for dry cleaning on a Saturday (with a stain on it, front center), I had planned to wear it to a Gala on Thursday. The lady at Randy's told me they would have it ready by Wednesday afternoon, I told them that would be fine as long as I had it for Thursday, I didn't have another dress to use. So she knew this dress was important. Wednesday afternoon I come to pick it up, and they fail to inform me that the stain is still on the dress. I pay, and as I'm walking out I see the stain, and go back in to talk to them about it. In a nutshell, all they say is "Sorry...." So now I have 24 hours to procure a dress. Thank you so much Randys! A phone call to let me know you couldn't get the stain out would have been nice, telling me about it when I paid for it would have been nice, offering to discount the dry cleaning price would have been nice. You had 5 whole days."
