"Brought my wife’s wedding dress in to get cleaned pressed and box in October. The ticket said it would be ready right before thanksgiving. The manager was supposed to call me several times to let me know when it will be ready and here we are in January no answer from their end!! How does anyone run a business like this is beyond me!
