"This company was hired by the buyer and her agent for a septic inspection prior to the sale of my house. Instead of an inspection they chose to pump the tank, an old tank which was using what was in its tank to maintain its integrity and be 100% effective. Their pumping of the tank made the tank collapse and left my otherwise problem free septic system unusable as well as a 5 feet deep crater in my driveway. This happened right in time for Columbus Day Weekend which rendered my house useless during the busy holiday weekend. This was not an inspection it was careless debauchery and they have yet to take blame or make it right."
