"This is a great laundromat where it’s obvious the family owners not only care about their business but know how to take care of customers. It’s the first time I’ve been to a laundromat where all the machines work. The place is clean, the washers are fairly new, and they’re centrally located in downtown Northampton with great public parking across the street. Their pricing is fair, especially for the quality of service and nice big comforter sized machines. You can pay with cash or any type of credit card including Apple pay via a very user friendly App. The owners live very close to the laundromat so if you have an issue, they’re quick to resolve it. I highly recommend this laundromat."
