"Just say NO. I have been super polite and accommodating to try and have White Wolf come out and remove some stumps in my backyard. Two years I have tried to get Craig out to remove stumps in my backyard. Last year he said I would be his first customer of the season; completely blew me off. This year I would call Craig and he would keep telling me to call him back. Would never confirm to a date and would just keep telling me to call him back in a couple of week. I understand the job I was looking to do was about 10K in work and there are bigger jobs but I was giving White Wolf the choice of when to do the job so they could just fit me in. Don't waster your time; the way this company is run its a dang shame they still have a business. If I performed like that in my job I would be living under a bridge."
