"I would caution anyone against using Atlantis Cleaning. I've been forced to file a police report (in order to dispute the charges with my bank) after not receiving the agreed upon services. I corresponded with Kasey via text between 05/17/23 and 05/26/23 to arrange a quote visit for my mother's house, who would be returning home soon after an extended hospital visit. She agreed to arrive in the morning on 05/26/23 to look at the home, which ended up being 7 p.m. as she was sidetracked that day, and gave me the quote the next day. I agreed to the quote and paid her via Venmo. She stated she would arrive soon the same day, 05/27/23, to get started, as it would take all day to clean and she had rearranged her schedule with other clients to make time for us. After a couple of hours, she reached out and said she was waiting for her babysitter to arrive but not to worry as she would stay all day to complete the cleaning. I reached out 1.5 hours after that, asking for an ETA- she did not respond. I reached out again an hour later, asking to reschedule as it was already 2 p.m., and she previously stated it would take 5-6 hours to clean the entire house. She responded 30 minutes later, stating she would arrive at 8 a.m. the following day, 05/28/23. I was patient throughout this process as I greatly appreciated her making time in her schedule to fit us in. She seemed to really care about helping my sick mother, which meant a lot. However; the next day, she did not arrive at 8 a.m. She did not respond to calls from my mother and did not attempt to contact me with an explanation. I texted her at 1 p.m., letting her know I would be requesting the money back on Venmo as she went MIA. She did not respond. She called my mom the next day with no explanation, but said she wanted to work it out- my mother was overwhelmed as she is recovering from the hospital and told Kasey she would speak with me. Kasey made no attempt to contact me despite me being the one paying for the services. She claimed to have visited the home 3 times over the weekend, but nobody answered the door, which is false because my mother was home the entire time (cannot drive due to her condition). I texted Kasey later that same day to let her know I'd be filing a police report if she did not respond or refund the money on Venmo- she chose not to respond. I wanted to give her a chance to remedy the situation before escalating as I didn't want to hurt her business if it was a simple misunderstanding. I do not want to file a police report, but Kasey stopped responding to me entirely, and I cannot afford to lose hundreds of dollars. I've given her days to respond and attempt to make this right before posting this review and moving forward with the report. Unfortunately, she hasn't. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for cleaning services, as Atlantis Cleaning is unreliable and untrustworthy."

"For any of your house cleaning needs choose Atlantis Cleaning over any others! Kasey and Joe do an incredible job making your home shine again. Their attention to detail is exactly what we needed as we prepared to move into our new home, the home had years worth of dust built up and animal smells running through the home and they made the home really shine. We have never used a house cleaner before as both my wife and I were house cleaners in the past so we checked small crevices and areas most house cleaners would neglect and everything was spotless thanks to Kasey and Joe. Highly recommend!"
