"Despite reading the negative reviews, I tried to come in. It was a negative experience on the first time here. The washing machine stopped recognizing the quarters after I adding the full 6.75$. I had 3.25f left after a full 10$ worth of bills. When I needed help, there wasn't anyone here and when I called none was there to help either. This is until a customer bang on the machine in order to get the 75 cents back. :( I would have been stuck here if she wouldn't had help."

"SiriNam, Please, please call me today. I'm concerned I will not get the dress I dropped off in time for the event I need it for. I dropped off a dress for drying cleaning last Friday and there was no one working at the time so I dropped it off at the drop off area/room. I've been trying to get a hold of SiriNam since to confirm he has received the dress (the room is not secured, which I don't think is a problem if he can confirm receipt) and can get it dry cleaned in the timeframe I indicated (ideally today, if need be tomorrow). It was a holiday weekend, so I can give a bit of grace, but at this point, I have called 4 or 5 times, and left voice mail messages, I emailed and the email bounced back because his email is not working, I submitted a form through his website, and I've stopped by two more times since dropping dress off (once right at opening figuring he would be onsite opening the laundromat), but have not been able to reach him. SiriNam has not returned my calls or responded to the online form I submitted to his website. At this point, I just want to pick the dress up today regardless of whether it was cleaned to ensure I have it for the out-of-state wedding I'm going to this weekend."

"Come for clean clothes, stay for superb music. There is not a better place in Amherst for doing laundry. The place is well maintained and the staff are wonderful. I had two dress shirts and a pair of pants washed by them and they came back looking as good as the day I got them!"

"This place sucks. Machine don’t work not clean at all. (See photos below) Very rude owner he opened my washing machine when was going. Also told another customer can’t you read it says not to use when there was no sign at all. I will never come here again."
