"I can’t say enough about the service we received from this company. From the time of requesting a quote for an ADA bathroom to during the finalization of plans/ delivery. Jill was the main contact and she was so friendly, helpful and easy to talk to every step of the way. Our wedding was on a Saturday and we discussed the best day to deliver. Since our wedding was at a family residence, I told them whatever is easier for them. It was delivered and set up on Thursday with instructions from the delivery guy on how to use/ reset if any issues. Come Friday, we tried to use it to make sure all was good and showed others the instructions in case we were tied up. It was having issues and it wouldn’t reset. We called and they came Friday night to test it themselves and there were major electrical issues. They said they will be pulling the original unit and will replace it that night. Mind you, it was already around 9 pm when this all happened. They came in the middle of the night while we were all sleeping and placed and leveled to the best they could in the dark a brand new unit so it was all set for the wedding on Saturday at 4! I was beyond impressed, we all were! I highly recommend them for any service they can provide!"
