"Had to bring a clients laundry here to do for him since I work with the elderly and half the machines to get laundry detergent were not working and didn't look like anyone was available to even help....thank God there's some caring ppl out there who lent us a little of there detergent. It's the point ur running a place and not one employee to help you. Don't recommend at all."
"I went there on Monday morning and everything was nice and clean, as is expected to be. The machines “ate” several of my coins and there was no employee present in the facility to help. There is no bathroom!"
"The pluses were that there were plenty of machines, including a very large one, adequate seating and folding space, and that it seemed basically clean. The minuses are that the air smelled old, sort of like cigarettes, cat, and must; the store had no staff on-sight (so no one to let fresh air in on a dry day); and for all that, it was still very expensive. The super large machine was $12 ($14 if you choose “ultra wash” or whatever, which still was only 34 minutes of washing) and the drying time was only 3 minutes per $.25. So I spent $19.50 doing a super giant load of blankets plus drying them (and they were synthetic, so the dry quickly)."
