Thank you, Again! ------------------------------ I hired ACM Cleaning Service for their Move-Out cleaning. I was told on the screening call they clean everything - walls, doors, windows, lighting fixtures, carpet, cabinets. etc. I was told the cleaning would be like new. Everything was not cleaned to the level promised. There is dust in the light fixture’s, dust in the closet hardware, dirty blinds, dirty door handles, and more. I would never deliver a home to a buyer in this condition. The cleaners arrived late and chose to begin work in the one area of the house finishing up active construction. It would be like mopping up water outside while it’s raining…futile. the owner then tried to charge me $200 extra for 9 hours of work, when the team was only at my house for 7 hours, and rushed throughout the main house because they spent 3 -4 hours sweeping up saw dust in the basement. We worked through this mess and I scheduled a second standard cleaning. Everything deserves a second chance. However, the owner wanted to charge me by the hour for the second cleaning, but wouldn’t tell me how much the fee was per hour. When I asked again, she told me, as nicely as possible, to find someone else. If you provide a service for hire, the fee being charged to the client should NOT be open ended, undefined, and with no limits. The lack of accountability from ACM Cleaning Services is disappointing. I added a couple photos of the “deep clean” I received. Hire with caution as fees are NOT what they tell you in advance and neither is the service."
