"I wasn’t initially going to leave a review but the longer I sit with my experience the more it upsets me. I hired United Prime to clean of our 1 BR 1 BA apartment so it would be ready for after our baby arrived. Normally I would just clean myself but I was 8 months pregnant and knew it would be one less thing to manage. When I called they explained their pricing and said they can work within most any budget. I explained id like to keep it $200 or less being our apartment isn’t large and we keep it pretty clean and they agreed. Our baby girl ended up coming early and was admitted into the NICU when United Prime was there cleaning. They called me TWICE to renegotiate the price during what was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. The first time they explained that the girls were wrapping up but needed a little more time on the kitchen and was I okay with expanding my budget? I told them that I was really looking to stay within what we discussed and she said “so is $220 okay?” At this point I just said yes because, again, we were literally in the NICU, only to be called and texted AGAIN saying actually it took longer than expected can we negotiate to $250? This is after I had explained our situation. I remember being super annoyed but not really having the presence of mind to tell them that this wasn’t what we discussed. So I payed them and my husband said they did a pretty good job. Got home to find that it really didn’t even feel much different. Im VERY upset at this situation and feel taken advantage of. I had used them one time before this for the birth of our first baby and 1) it was cheaper and 2) it was a better clean. Would not recommend."

"I am so thankful to Bianca and her team and the excellent deep clean they did to our cottage . I couldn’t believe how clean and beautiful they got our place. They were there on time and worked every minute to make our vacation home beautiful . Couldn’t have asked for a better cleaning as they went out of their way with impressive small touches.
