"This place is a huge rip off. $15 per load is what it cost me. Even if facilities were nice that would be high but the machines are old and dirty. It’s incredibly crowded making it difficult to even get a machine and the staff will handle your belongings if you’re not waiting right next to it when it’s ready. I’ll be figuring out another laundry situation as I will not support this dump anymore."

"I recently moved to Martha's Vinyard and found the staff pretty nice and helpful. The prices were less than I thought for the island , and I came from Rhode Island, where prices are pretty close ."

"Unfortunate experience with self service. Many of the washing machines were broken, the attendant had to load in the coins for me because the coin assembly didn’t work correctly, and put in more than the eight dollars charge.Not a big deal however When the cycle finished no driers were available. A customer told me she was putting in more money for another cycle to get her clothes dry. A number of the dryers had signs stating they were broken. I was told by the attendant that a number of stopped driers containing hotel style wash or hand towels were broken. I don’t know whether they were being used for commercial operations in addition to the designated house driers but the bottom line was no driers were available and it appeared not for a while.. When I informed one of the attendants that I needed to leave because I was on a schedule, and asked how much it would cost for them to dry my clothes for me, maybe because her English was limited she started yelling she’s not the boss so I left. I now have a load of wet clothes in my trunk and tomorrow will have to go someplace to dry and hopefully not have to rewash. I have no idea if they’re reliable for commercial operations but I would not use them for self serve."

"The most horrible and expensif Coinlaundry we encountered in US eastcoast. $7 for a small load and $3 for dry. Unfriendly people(brasilian speaking) When you done, it's not allowed to put your laundry properly in your bags and you have to do it in front of the parkingspace."

"I visited this laundromat today. I am a year round resident to the Island. As I was putting my Laundry Into a large washer ( which was 15$ quite a high price) I was told I had to take my Load out to weigh it because it was a 55lb washer. My laundry came to 41 lbs and was told I had to use 2 smaller washers. Total was 18$ for both. After that I couldn't use the large dryers because they were for the employees to dry "drop offs" that cost me another 15$ to use 2 dryers. The People that work there are very inconsiderate and rude. I will be using the laundromat in OB from now on. And definitely WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE AIRPORT LAUNDROMAT to residents and vacationers."
