"My daughters gave me a gift certificate for this company 3-4 years ago. The girls have been cleaning my home off and on since then. I found them professional and very caring, the rates were reasonable as well as doing a great job. The reason I have given only 3 stars is because recently I had set up an appt, Stephanie cancelled abruptly. I have called and emailed with no response. I had requested an appt weeks to months ago so was very disappointed, I had asked for a referral to another company as they are busy, with no response. I understand being busy but not following up after a canceled appt is not a good business practice."
