The crew vacuumed all the water and moved everything around..they placed fans and humidifiers down basement..when they came back everything was dry and looking good.. "Our experience was extremely frustrating. This cleanup has dragged out since February 9th and is still ongoing as of March 17th. Not because of the level of work needed, but rather due to poor scheduling and not sending the appropriate resources when they came to the house. Multiple trips have been required due to their poor planning. They left the kitchen floor a mess and other contractors need to finish properly removing the floor so we can have a new one put in. Our latest issue is they damaged our stove in the process, sent someone out who confirmed that they damaged the stove, and now they are balking at repairing the stove. They want to reduce their invoice to the insurance company by that amount. How does that help us? I would not go with these Lynn/Lynnfield office. Not only can't you send an email to them, try and leave a review on their website...they ask for your reviews but their site actually won't allow you to leave one."
