Many times I’ve got a complicated order to make or package to ship and the staff make it all feel easy, and they are so pleasant to work with. The store is a busy one but despite all of the things going on (and other customers that can be rude from what I’ve witnessed) the staff are calm and work well as a team to quickly and politely address each customer. This location (and other UPS locations that I’ve visited) have hired a great set of staff. Thanks for being such a reliable and pleasant presence in the neighborhood!"
