"I had to call Servpro due to severe water damage to my kitchen, living room, and basement. I spoke with Gina on a late Friday afternoon in early July, and she informed me that the emergency crew would be coming out to do a basic assessment and set up the fans. I appreciated Gina giving me her cell number in case of weekend emergencies. Two employees arrived after 6:30 p.m. to clean up the wet ceiling plaster and clear the debris. They strategically placed 21 fans and dehumidifiers in our home, working tirelessly. I was pleasantly surprised when the Servpro team arrived to begin the demolition process within three days. The workers who demolished the ceiling, walls, and floors were polite and professional, paying meticulous attention to detail, which I greatly appreciated. I was in a tough spot having to coordinate with multiple professionals like plumbers, drywallers, electricians, insulation experts, painters, and possibly more that I can't remember. It became too much for me to handle. That's when Kevin suggested Servpro. He said they could take care of everything and have me deal with just one person. Ross came over to my home and assessed what needed to be done to bring things back to baseline. He also mentioned that he could help with my insurance company in case anything was undervalued or not included in the initial estimate, which was a huge relief. Now that the permits have been secured, reconstruction work will begin soon. I am eager to return to baseline. Although I initially felt overwhelmed, I eventually became more comfortable and so far have had a positive experience working with Servpro.
