"Tried calling 15 times they don’t answer the phone. Permanently closed to the Public to pick up packages that require a signature. If you order a package on online that requires a signature and you’re not physically home to sign they will send the package back you have 0 options."

He said let’s measure. He said this is 9 feet and UPS cannot mail it. Not sure what happened because he got mean. Hostile. I got out of there. Never had anything but a positive experience at any UPS before today."
