"I wanted to notarize a death certificate for a document to be used overseas. I went to Google to find an Apostille notary place and found this one. I called Andrew and confirmed that he does these services, and he explained that he would be able to do these services, only by appointment. I set up an appointment for 12/29 @12pm. I went over there and buzzed his number in front of the provided address. Prior to this, we called to confirm the time and he said "why don't you just go to the post office down the street?", after that we explained that we had an appointment and after he remembered who I was from the phone call a few days prior. He said he would buzz us in 5 minutes later. We went upstairs and he came with pajamas. He had some form of leprosy and was very sweaty. After we sat down, he said he was not an apostille notary after he told me on the phone that he was. He informed us to go to 1 Ashburnham Plc in Boston (Government Building), he said that we needed his services before we went over to the other building. The papers were already notarized from the city of Beverly, MA and he said that we needed them notarized again because we were "missing a step and they needed to be notarized by me". I paid $30 and he gave me two extra papers that he signed and notarized. So, after he "notarized" the papers, we went over to 1 Ash PLC on the 17th floor, over there they informed us that they did not need the paperwork that was given to us. When we left, I called Andrew and informed him that I was on my way back for the money that was not used. The security officer already knew I was on the way over, and Andrew informed me that he would call the police if I showed up again. When I got there, I asked for the money and called him a scammer. I would think twice before using Andrew. He even wanted the fake papers back so we wouldn't sue him. Sincerely, Robert Nako"
