"Terrible experience - I'd give zero stars if I could. I went today (1/30/2024) evening for a prepaid dropoff and the two guys at the desk wouldn't acknowledge my presence even though I stood in front of their desk for a few minutes - it was as if I'm invisible! They kept chatting with each other - zero customer service etiquette and how rude! Finally, when I asked one of them where I could print my label they said I'd have to pay extra for that. When I initiated a return, I already paid the return charges and the email mentioned that I could print the label at no charge. Horrible customer service and utterly useless!"

"What a surprise, I tried sending out some sneakers out. Receiver said the box showed up empty. I just looked at the receipt and the weight of the package is 0lb, 0oz. Even the giant box I used would’ve at least been a couple of oz. Clearly, judging but the other 1 star reviews this UPS is known for steal people items/shoes. DONT USE THIS UPS, THEY’LL STEAL YOUR ITEMS!"

"This UPS store is in such a great location, and everyone there is so willing to assist and help make sure that my shipping is done efficiently, on time and stress-free! It can be stressful shipping packages these days, but the individuals at this location made it very simple, affordable and easy!!"

"I came in on 10:40 on a Saturday to mail in a pre-labelled package, when they are listed as open (their hours list the opening time as 10:30), but there was no staff there so I couldn't mail the package. Part of the store was blocked off like it was closed. I saw 7 other people here come, hoping to use the store, during the 15 minutes I was waiting (in case an employee was just running late). One of them was a regular who has done returns on Saturday before and he agreed it was really weird that there was no one there, and he tried to call customer support but it was unhelpful."
