"Young lady with short hair who works at the front was very rude. An individual who was in front of us politely mentioned to the young lady who was working with her that she could attend to us instead, so she scoffed and dropped the plastic bags she was holding and shook her head. Then when the young lady with short hair attended to us asked if all the Amazon products were to be returned. It was mentioned yes, but become quickly annoyed and gave bad looks at us when she realized every Amazon product actually has their own separate QR code. Basically, she started to rush despite only a few customers were waiting in the store and made it quite aware that any and every customer slows her down. We appreciate the help ups provides us but not with this kind of service."
