"We went in to ship a package to a friend in California in early October but my friend never received it. So later when we called Pakmail to follow up and figure out what happened, we discovered it had been shipped to Wisconsin to an address that we did not recognize. The employee who dealt with our transaction originally confirmed the California address and said we were all set. After playing phone tag for weeks, Pakmail is offering us no solution and is refusing to take any accountability for their screw up."

"I've had a handful of shipments using their services and each time the person was professional and friendly. I've done large packages and quick drop offs where they ask if I need a receipt - great idea! Main reason I do product returns there. BTW - they will take packages for all main carriers - UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL."

I have shipped there many times and never had a problem until today. Someone must have peed in his cherrios this morning. Hope that they were tastey. I will never spend my money there again. No wonder why they have a help wanted sign on the door. Who would want to work for him!!!"

"Great place for shipping via FedEx, UPS or Postal service. They can compare rates, advise and, for a fee, pack items themselves. I frequently ship parts back to my company's HQ and they are consistently courteous and professional."
