"I will never use them again. Beyond disappointed and frustrated with their level of deceit when it comes to title V inspection and installation of septic systems. Paid for a title V inspection, to find that the person somehow knew it would fail without locating the D-box (nor identifying that it was cracked), not sending a camera in to check the leach field, and completely falsifying other parts of the documentation. I had a second opinion done from elsewhere, and they actually did a full inspection. This company should not still be in operation, and I will never send business their way again. When I was told that my 8 year old system failed, the receptionist laughed and said "We've had systems fail after 6 months!" This is not funny, and shows a serious lack of proper installation on their part. But she was all too happy to get me connected to an engineer, so they could start installing a new system."
