"This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in awhile. The rude redhead female would not let me get one word out to describe my issue returning an Amazon item. I completely understood they could not scan a QR code, however, she told me I never started the return, which I did. I was simple showing her proof I did start the return, but she repeated about 10 times “nothing she can do with an email” Very rude, impatient and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t give these people a dime."
