"It's a total racket. There is always some reason you need to pay extra for a supposedly “free” return. They'll give a song and dance about how they have different shipping rules than Amazon does with UPS, that they don't honor UPS account shipping labels, etc. It's so tiresome seeing UPS franchisees figuring out any way to make a buck off of regular UPS customers."

"Have had many PC’s packed and shipped through this location. Owner told me he’s actually incorporated special paks to keep components (graphics card, motherboard, etc) within the case from getting damaged. Highly knowledgeable and takes care of your shipments."

"I have owned a small business for quite some time, which involves shipping very delicate handmade items. UPS Kingston has made it effortless to pack & ship my products! The owner was super kind and helpful he streamlined the process for me by creating an account for me there."

"Arrived at Kingston UPS store on Sunday at 11AM to find that store was locked and closed when hours said 10-3 and website said it was open. Saw an old woman with a large package arrive and turn away. Called the store and the manager said a single employee had called in sick ( an allergy). He said he would be there to cover within the hour. Went home and returned at 2:00 PM with rather large package but the store remained locked and closed. It goes beyond frustrating -it is false advertising of store hours. Poor management, poor responsiveness to clients. There are many people looking for jobs ,yet this store employs one employee ,and if he calls in sick the store shuts down to all little old ladies with heavy packages traveling from who knows where. UPS and this store should do better than this. They are closed for MLK so I guess I'll have to wait till Tuesday to return my package. Just bad."

"I bring packages there often and always have great service from the employees. They are very helpful and polite. I have never had a problem with a shipment."
