"Used to return Amazon items here and now I will be going to Kohls. Amazon app says no label needed and to just keep your items in their original packaging when you return to UPS. They tried to tell me that all of a sudden I need to box my item now otherwise it’s $6 a box. Trying to just take advantage of older people and others who may not know Amazon does NOT require you to have it boxed. Whole purpose is to just scan the QR code. They tried to scam me and now I won’t be back"

"I go here to return amazon packages and send small stuff to my family. Only ever had an outstanding experience. I'd estimate 1-3 minutes per customer, they are impressively fast and efficient. Able to answer all my questions kindly, and they will do all the work."

"I wanted to send an envelope next day with a tracking number from Rockland, Ma to Tempe, AZ. The envelope weighed 2.3oz. I was told it would be $110.00 I think their prices are outrageous. 2 to 3 day was quoted $48. This store should be ashamed"

"I would not recommend going to the store. I tried to ship a musical instrument which I’ve shipped multiple times and they tried to charge me over $100 and it wasn’t even overnight shipping. The guy tried to give me some bogus explanation saying that the price of the item played a factor in how much shipping would cost because they had to use a box 3 times the size of the item which is not true, so they were trying to jack up the prices because it was close to closing and they didn’t feel like doing their jobs"
