"This store is incredible. The people who work there are all friendly and very knowledgeable about the services they provide and the pricing of those services. It is a clean very well run store who's employees are efficient and very good at getting through large groups of people with no issues. Would suggest this place to anyone to have their mailing needs met!!!"

"I received the absolute worst service from one of the employees at this store in Swampscott. She was rude and insulting and didn’t seem to care about anything but being mean and arrogant. She tried to charge over $100 for next day service saying the only other option would have my package arrive 4 days later. When she insulted me for the last time, I left and took my package to Staples who also ships UPS. They shipped the box overnight for $14! I will never use this store again. Staples is a block away on Paradise Road- steer far away from this place"

"Easy transaction once you are in. One design fault most people are coming in with parcels (mine was 40lb) and you have to pull the door open. Either have an automatic door or have it so you can push it in."
