"I returned a huge metal bed frame package to Amazon. The employee was really helpful. He let me use a dolly to carry the package, and used his packing tape to secure it further."
"Employees (particularly one woman) was actually joking and laughing about how earlier that day a UPS delivery driver ran over and killed a 57 year old in Watertown St right outside the store. Absolutely disgusting human behavior and unacceptable customer service."
"Not owned by UPS. Wrongly named! Shipping charges exceed those charged by UPS (Shipping charge to me: about $16. Return shipping was nearly $23). The UPS store has no customer service for any package “dropped off” at their facility. If lost, the package cannot be tracked by the store. The owner’s attitude is summed up by “I cannot help you.” Then, one is left to deal with the non-human interface at UPS."
"I wish there were a "0" star option. The staff is great. BUT the store manager, Abe Ross, needs both operational training and a whole lot of manners... We were there to process an Amazon return a week ago. He said we needed a box to send the item back and tried to sell us one. Since I had the original box at home, I said I would be back with it. I went there today with everything all packed and ready. He scans the code and says, "the label is already printed at this store, so it can't be printed a second time." I said, well if you do see in your system that you already printed it and see that the package is in fact, not in your system, why don't you print a duplicate." Answer: "No my system doesn't work that way, cancel from the Amazon app" So I tried on the app, and Amazon doesn't have that option. I ask him what will be the solution, who should I contact? He says "you can complain to whomever you want, nothing I can do" -well, that escalated quickly-. So I say "you are the person I dealt with the last time, you printed the label, you are the one that told me to get a box, instead of canceling the label YOU printed out, you are the one that kept and trashed in improperly, so now I am the one that has to be out of 120 bucks? and you have no solutions for me?" (mind you I was cross, but not loud). He says "I'm gonna ask you to leave!" And on my way out, he mocked my accent... Oh well, may your life road be lined with people like you Abe Ross."
"I arrived close to closing time with 6 big and heavy boxes to ship. Abe and Judah helped get the boxes out of my car and into the store, they found the least expensive way to ship them, they were super polite through the entire process, and they stayed past closing time to finish my order. Thanks so much for making it easy!"
