"Based on all of 5 stars reviews , and my pervious in store experiences. I believed this ups was good. I was interested in their mailbox services, found a few ups locations. But newton one is on the top of the list. I called a few times , wanted to know what documents I need to bring , also price. no one answered phone calls, always auto messages. They did offer to text them. And I texted, they rarely replied. Signed up a mailbox in a different location instead."
