"We had an excellent experience at this store. The store was incredibly busy but Laura and Chris calmly took care of everyone while also helping us print a homemade children's book (which involved special printing needs, and as it turns out, some troubleshooting). Even though they had to take care of other customers, they kept returning to us and made sure we were not left hanging. They were really committed to making sure we left with something we were satisfied with. We really appreciated their calmness and helpfulness and look forward to returning to this store."

"This is beyond a UPS store. They treat you like family.I have shipped many packages, utilized the notary service and made plenty of copies throughout the years. Each time my experience has been so positive and I actually look forward to coming into the store to take care of my business. The store is located on my daily walks with my dog and she loves going into the store to get a dog treat. We are treated with kindness and respect, whether we are there for business or to just say hello. Laurie the owner and her entire staff are friendly, fun and competent . Laurie is a true professional, and a force to reckoned with. I am amazed at her work ethic , compassion, competence and genuine natural ability to multi task with a smile.
