I’ve only had communication via email with Michelle and she isn’t very welcoming she gives one word answers after I emailed just trying to get an update. I would have thought as a first time customer I would receive a more warming or welcoming Happy for my business type of greeting. In the email she never give a proper greeting not hello, good morning, hi nothing. Other than that I received my stamp it was exactly as ordered so that Part went well just the response and customer service isn’t that great in my opinion. So I would give an ok rating. What you ordered you will received as asked but that’s about it."
