"Total crook. Paid to send my daughter a letter with her credit card overnight. Took over three weeks to get there and when I came back to complain, he made me feel like I was crazy and we did something wrong. Would not recommend this place to anybody he should be shut down"

"Very rude. Brought pkg. In to be sent out to sender. Not my name, I asked for a receipt & that Indian person refused. He should of given me a receipt. UPS came today looking for that package. Idiot!!!"

"Worst service I have ever seen in a ups location so far. The elder Indian looking associate is extremely rude. He did try to cut my package open without even asking or giving a heads up. When I ask for information he seemed to got mad and increase his voice at me. Not a proper way of communicating and attempting business. Ups should keep better standard when it comes to using its name."

"Very convenient location. Pro tip: Take care of your paperwork online beforehand. Printing out your own label makes this process very smooth. You may need to buy a clear plastic label sleeve for $1 when you arrive, but otherwise a very efficient setup."

"I always drop off my packages Amazon returns here and several of them have gone missing. They just toss them in the back without even making sure the label is with the item. Make sure to keep your scanned return labels or you won’t get your money back from Amazon when this store loses your item."
