"I never write reviews, ever. but in this case I can't remain silent. I placed an order with a detailed emailing asking a question and specification about the printing colors. Received a reply back, asking, "If that's hot what you want, please get back to us. Otherwise, we'll go ahead and start production.' I responded right back to the email stating that it WASN'T what I wanted. and specified what I DID want. No response. I emailed again, a second time asking for confirmation that they would print the order correctly. No response. I then receive the order in the mail - printed incorrectly! I emailed and stated, "I received my order for my rubber stamp, but the order is not correct. In the email below you can see I asked and specified for a 2 color stamp with white ink and red ink. What I received was a stamp with just red ink. Please advise what I can do to get the correct ink combination I ordered. Thank you." No response. I send a detailed email a 4th time saying how incredibly disappointed I am that I spent $68.60 on a stamp and did not get what I ordered and I want it rectified. No response. So I have a $68.60 stamp I don't want, and apparently - that's just how it is. Buyer beware!!!"
