"As a divorced father, of a daughter who attend St. Pius, I found the administrator and principal difficult to deal with. Information was not equally shared with me throughout the years my daughter attended this school. Academic assistance was not offered to my daughter when she most needed it. I wouldn’t recommend this school. And if I had had the opportunity to pull my daughter from this school I would have. It’s unfortunate the school showed such outward prejudice and lack of compassion. Not something you would expect from a Catholic school, run by nuns."

"We chose St. Pius V school after extensive research for a school throughout RI and South-Eastern MA, three years ago when my son was going into the 4th grade. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. It was not an easy transition for my son and the faculty, staff and administration always made us feel supported, valued, and cared for every step of the way. Our son has grown spiritually, emotionally, and academically over the last 3 years and even though there are many other great choices for middle school that are more convenient and closer to us, we are willing to travel further to keep him at this fantastic school. As parents who have been educators and in administration at another Catholic School, we can confidently say that this school meets the high standards we have learned to be most important in the development of the whole child. Besides caring, effective, teachers and administration who go out of their way to bring out the best in each student, they have knowledgeable and dedicated coaches for their athletic teams and moderators for their extracurricular arts programs. Another great option is the extended day program which offers working parents the convenience of supervised care before and after school. One of the most outstanding qualities St. Pius offers its students and families is the palpable and undeniable Catholic identity and the constant display of Christian values—it permeates throughout the building. This is just a taste of the many great qualities this school has to offer—there are many others that we have not yet had the opportunity to experience.
