"My boyfriend has been eyeing this place and was excited to try it as he is not from Maine and has been trying to find a decent place to cut his hair. He was excited to try this place after seeing it. He had gone in the other day, during their open hours mind you, to make an appointment. He stood there for 5 minutes while no one came out. So giving them the benefit of the doubt, he decided to make an appointment on the app. He went in for his haircut and they cut it fine. But then they decided to leave it without styling it. When he asked they just said no. Completely unprofessional and rude. If the customer is asking you for something and willing to pay, you would think they would want their customer leaving happy. Guess not! He will never be going here again. If I could give a 0 I would."

"If you’re looking for a place to have your hair absolutely butchered with unwashed clipping products and copious amounts of hair product, this is the place. 4 times the price of anyone else in town and took a solid hour to do this bad."

"I’ve been going to a Terry for almost three years now and my fade is one point every time! The atmosphere and vibe there is very welcoming! They also have and app that you can book ahead of time so you never have to wait! Highly recommend for adults and children!"

"Went in for a cut because my usual barber is always so busy. Gentleman I was set up with gave me one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. (He was new I think) Came back in very upset and spoke to Mick about my terrible haircut and he put aside time when he was supposed to be with his kids and wife to fix my haircut and he did an excellent job gave me the option to pay as little as I wanted if anything at all I opted to pay him of course. If you want a great haircut ask for Mick he is exceptional."

"The shop was dirty and a mess. The guy that cut our hair talked on his phone the entire time but talked with the guy before us that was of the same race. I had to ask him to fix my 12 year Olds hair before we left because he literally never touched the top. Got 3 cuts. For the price and the mediocre hair cut, definitely not worth it."
