"This gas station has the best automatic car wash in the greater Portland area. I used to go to Scrub-a-Dub but my car always had more scratches on it after being washed there. Ever since I started washing it here, there have been no additional scratches on it. It also seems to do a better job than the one at Irving (Cash Corner) or the one on Broadway across from the bowling alley, which is super fancy but always leaves parts of the car dirty and applies way too much wax. The simple, unassuming car wash at Big Apple cleans thoroughly, doesn't scratch, and doesn't over-apply wax. What more could you want?"

"Well, for a chain they lack the depth! The last several times that I have gotten gas there, the machine would not give me a receipt and I had to go into the store to ge one. A good way to get you to go into the store to buy things that you did not need?????? NO! I ad to wait in line for several minutes while the clerk had to try and understand the the many requests for instant lottery tickets from the many people standing in line. Many minutes later, I finally received the receipt for my gas purchase."

"Not one to be too thin skinned but after patronizing this business every single day for the last 5 months I'm done. So many nice, polite and professional staff members but one particular staff member named Melissa is going too far. Rude, picky and just outright unprofessional. Eye rolling, purposely wasting my time and just rude everytime I go in. To the point that I'll wait in my car until there s charge of staff instead of dealing with her. Mainly because I'm very patience but I'm done. Pity as I like the store, the staff I talk to interact with on a daily basis but she made me but want to go there again before I say something that is contrary to my nature. And she a trainee manger. What an ugly character and should not be in customer service leave alone a trainee manger. I'll be going to another 24 gas station/ convince store fun today on. Shame as they will also lose my daughter's and son in-laws business too."

"SKIP THIS STORE AND KEEP DRIVING TO CIRCLE K! Abouslutley aweful service. I was treated horribly, for no reason. Always a quick turn over with the staff so nobody stays long enough to know what they are doing. Obviously management has no clue what there doing. The ones that do know what they are doing, don't want do anything and are extremely rude to customers, with the exception of the one or two people they know outside of work. I would just plan your trip so you can go to the Circle K next door, they are friendly.( Just check the hours.)"

"I wish I could give a zero star rating. They don't care about their customers. My three year old could wash my car better than this place. Also, look at all the other bad reviews! They literally copy and paste the same response to every bad review. Seems like they really don't care about providing better customer service, and from what I've seen they don't care much about their employees either. Go to the next store just a few minutes down the street!"
