"I moved my prescriptions from Walgreens, a nightmare, to the Hannaford pharmacy. Giving them reasonable notice of refills I never have been told your medication wasn't on the truck today. My prescriptions are always ready. Staff is courteous and professional the the nth degree. Kudos to the entire staff"

"You won’t find a worse pharmacy in all of southern Maine. They have literally NEVER had my prescription ready upon me arriving. I’ve given them hours, till the next day, everything possible to make sure it’s ready. It’s never been ready. And these aren’t even controlled medications. One time it was an antibiotic, the other time it’s an inhaler. One time I waited a full 25 minutes for them to arrive back from lunch (at 2pm?!) then I get to the window and they tell me it’s going to be 30 minute wait while they fill two basic medications. That we’re called in at 8 am that morning. I’ve tried getting notifications when the prescription is ready so I can come pick it up and I arrive at the window and tell them I got the alert saying it was ready only to be told I needed to wait 25 minutes or so for them to fill it. Complete incompetency and zero concern for anybodies time, sick or otherwise. Awful."

"We get phone call that the medication are ready. I send somebody there and they say nothing is ready. I call them and this lady is got an attitude where they should apologize. Obviously that didn’t happen, until I start complaining about their service. 99% of the time we order meds and when we get there they are not ready… very disappointed!"

"When I started going to this pharmacy everyone was nice and it was a great experience but lately everyone’s room each time I call to get a refill they’re short and rude, not willing to really answer questions, interrupt me on the phone and when I’ve gone in I’ve dealt with rude staff as well. There’s about 2 people there who are nice and don’t seem to hate their job. I’ll probably switch pharmacies."
