"So I called the pharmacy for a prescription. They asked me for my insurance number, so I went to go get the card out of my wallet and that person hung up me. Pathetic customer service. Maybe she should find a new job."

"Whoever answers the phone literally put me on hold mid sentence, essentially hanging up on me while I was re-explaining to her what we needed -- after she gave me wrong information. Anyway, don't bother with this pharmacy, I suppose... unless you want impatient, rude people giving you a shot. Yikes. (FYI, having wrong information is really not a problem. It happens to everyone. It's when people act mad because you corrected them that is the actual problem.)"

"The staff and pharmacist are very professional and kind here. They stayed late to fill a prescription for me. While I was cashing out a lady came at 5:03 to get something filled. A staff member and pharmacist kindly told her they were already closed, and asked if it were possible to come back tomorrow. The customer basically said no, it’s urgent, and needs to be done now. The staff filled it with a smile on their face and no smiles or even thank you’s in return. The workers did not have to do that, but they did, and they did it without complaint. Very good first experience!"

"This has got to be the worst pharmacy of all Hannaford Pharmacies. The people are nice, but the service is beyond ridiculous. Prescriptions are never ready. Even we have resorted to calling each time we need to pick them up, Numerous different medication, no matter if they said it would be ready at a certain time or not. They will text it’s ready and it’s not. They don’t let you know that there is issues with a prescriptions, you find out when you get there. Then it’s a Friday and your doctor is gone. Oh well nothing they can do. I could go on and on. We are elderly and had to make numerous trips to pick up medication because they aren’t ready, had to order it and never told us. They can see that you are beyond a date to refill and you’re out but it doesn’t matter. Removing our medication from here even though it will be a 20 minute drive to a different pharmacy. Not worth the aggravation, days without medication etc. I would never recommend this pharmacy."

"I am giving three stars because the staff is always so kind and very helpful, but there is something wrong with their fax system. Everytime my doctor's office faxes a prescription to this particular pharmacy they never receive the fax. I do not have this issue at any other location or any other pharmacy. I have brought it to their attention a couple of different times but they would rather pass the blame to my doctor's office. I have been dealing with my doctor's office for over 15 years and they always fill my prescriptions same day. I have used other Hannaford locations, CVS, Walmart, Walgreens and Rite Aid and they have never had this issue. Now everytime I need a prescription I have to tell my doctor's office to call it in. Like I said the staff here is wonderful, but I may need to switch due to this issue. I have gone days without meds because of this problem more than once."
