"Back in the 1970s, Sims Hall hosted the Center for War Gaming. A great time and piece of history with Captain Herb Cherrier, LCDR Paul Houchens, CDR Ted Wilson, Ed Soulier, Gerald Smith, Mat McGary, and the rest of the crew. It was a great time, we did a great job, with NEWS, WARS, NWGS."
"It's one of the older buildings on Newport Naval Base and it shows it. On the good side, if you're working in the building, there is plenty of room. They still maintain the historical War Game Deck for viewing."
