Abbey-Appleton Hall

Abbey-Appleton Hall, located at 263 Alden Street in Springfield, Massachusetts, is a historic institution with a rich legacy. Originally built in 1950, Abbey Hall was the first residence for female students on campus. Over the years, Appleton Hall was added to accommodate the increasing number of female students. Now, Abbey-Appleton Hall is a coed residence hall that houses 200 upper-class residents in double rooms.

Centrally located on campus, Abbey-Appleton Hall is just a few steps away from the Flynn Campus Union, Wellness Center, and Field House. The hall features three public kitchens, a main lounge with entertainment options like a big screen TV, ping pong table, and pool table. For students who prefer to study outside of their rooms, there is a separate study lounge on the garden level.

The rooms in Abbey-Appleton Hall are spacious and comfortable, with double rooms measuring 7'6" in height, 14' in width, and 19'6" in length. Single rooms offer even more space, with measurements of 8'6" in height, 8'6" in width, and 14'6" in length.
