Reviews of Manchester Community College
"I am an 11 year old 5th grade boy. My mom goes to college here and she brought me along, since she brought me along I used that chance to study for my own test and it was great. I got an A- on that science test. I loved it there because it was luxurious, quiet and big. I recommend adults and kids go there to study. It's a really peaceful and nice place. I see why my mom loves that library. FIVE STARS."
"Not a good school management doesn't do anything to help if you have an issue with instructors. I have been talking to management about my grade on the English comp 1 course they refused to listen or help me in order to get the grade that I deserve. I'm not backing down because I deserve to be graded accordingly and I believed it's a racial thing. I won't give up until justice is served."
"It's a pristine and great learning environment. Coming from a junior-ivy college, I visited the school and I loved it. I was at their library and I enjoyed my personal study session. The library is small enough to elicit a feeling of warmth, but also decently sized enough to house a couple of books and computers. The facilities are beautiful, well-maintained and roomy. Restrooms are impressively clean with sanitary provisions."
"The rest of the school is fine. A couple people in the financial aid department however need to seriously be evaluated on how they speak to students and the attitude they convey. Financial aid is confusing as it is...so I’m very unsure why they have to make this process more difficult by being straight up rude. I have encountered ONE very nice woman with really short white hair (kind of a pixie cut) who has been helpful to me the past few days and a sweetheart. Most others I’ve encountered there seem and act like it’s the last place they want to be."
"The professors in the graphic design program take their job very seriously and are extremely educated and hardworking. The book store lacks good customer service. The library is an awesome place to do homework and recieve excellent guidance from the librarians. Tide Water (the cafeteria food) is a little over price and sometimes the service is stingy but over all not bad. The “pit” is a great place to unwind and relax between classes. I would recommend this college to anyone that wants to get their moneys worth at a friendly and diverse college."
