"I did 5.6 miles in 2.75 hours. What a great trail. It's got wide, well marked trails with roots, rocks and inclines/declines. Lots or large boulders and a few scenic areas that have benches. There's a couple of covered bridges, boardwalks and waterfalls. A few muddy areas but easily maneuverable. There are a few trail detours for some reason but are marked. I went off the trail and had to use the All Trails app to relocate. No bugs at all and just a few people. I saw a couple of chipmunks ans several different birds.Plenty of parking when I arrived in the morning."
"I took the red trail and blue short cut. Good for 4yr Olds and up. He loved it. It was a good experience for him. He wants to go back. This trail is mostly flat with some inclines not to bad. Good starting trails. Of course do not forget bug repellent."
"There were various clothing items scattered around the trail including a pair of women’s underwear and a torn up tank top, as well as an empty gym bag. It gave me a weird uneasy feeling to see those items - I probably wouldn’t recommend any women walk here alone without a buddy. Whether or not those items are connected to anything malicious, it also demonstrates the trail is not correctly maintained."
"Very nice place to go and walk. Nothing to difficult to traverse with a small selection of different well marked trails to choose from."
"Cool bridges. Some need update but I’m talking about stick bridges so you don’t walk in mud. They have nice long wooden bridges too. Very cool!"
