"A new playground with coastal view. Park on Haile street (one way) or the park's parking lot (be prepared to walk). A smaller playground with variety of activities - climbing structures and ropes, lots of swings, and an East-facing light-colored slide (important in the summer months). There is only one slide that is geared towards kids under 3. The swings are hung relatively high for local playground standards. Bathrooms are across the street, however, they were locked when we needed them on a weekday in June. And then there is the best part - the view. A cozy peaceful cove with boats will be your company while your kids play. However, it is advisable to keep little shoes on during explorations of the nearby beach due to many pieces of broken glass present in the sand."
