"Great put-in for kayaking. Be careful when stepping on the large stones at the put-in area! They get VERY slippery and you can easily fall into the water and possibly hurt yourself!"
"This is a good public boat launch. I'm only giving it four stars because of two reasons. First, there is a dam if you go left so really you can only kayak in one direction on the River from this point. Secondly, there is a huge pothole on the road and it's easy to bottom out while trying to drive in and out of this launch. Bear in mind the submerged rocks that you stand on while getting in your boat are super, super slippery!"

"Great put in for a Charles River paddle. Plenty of parking, though hikers take a lot of the spaces. Good launch with large flat rocks. ( Note: becaregul walking on them cuz the are a bit slippery.) Slow current means the entry is totally safe and easy, even for beginners."
