"Good workout. Wilderness trail. Easy trail to follow.... It's a combination of dirt rock, and tree root. Steep in places. People seemed friendly. There is a dog park for dog meets and dogs are welcome on the trail."
"I take my dog for our longer walks here and he loves it. He's new to us, so not ready to be off leash yet, but the other folks in the park are usually super respectful of him being leash. For the most part, I've had good interactions with other dog owners there. He's a very friendly guy. It's nice to have the option of open running in a field or tons of sniffing on trails."
"This is a great place to go for walks especially with your dog. Lots of paths to explore and a huge open field that always has other dogs running around for yours to play with. Definitely my favorite place to bring my dog in the city"
"Great place to walk dogs on or off leash. Everyone is friendly and respectable, there are trails ranging from half a mile all the way up to 5+ miles through some great terrain. We’ve seen a few people bike these trails as well, but I would leave that for an advanced biker, as there are minimal paved sections of the trail. It’s also quite hilly."
"This is the best place to take dogs! Definitely consider it an "off leash dog park" because that's effectively what it is. You'll encounter lots of unleashed dogs on all the trails. My dogs love it, this is the exact type of place I've been looking for. Gets very muddy after the rain so watch the softball field.. my white dog comes out brown every time! But he couldn't be happier."
